1. Introduction
Welcome to VerifIID. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our services, including identity verification, background checks, biometric verification, and E-Verify processing.By using VerifIID, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
VerifIID provides identity verification, E-Verify processing, background screening, and biometric verification services.We do not guarantee approval or employment; our role is to facilitate verification processes.Employers are responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

3. E-Verify Services Terms and ConditionsEmployer Obligations:
Employers must comply with all E-Verify program rules and federal laws.Employers must obtain employee consent before initiating verification.Employers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted.Employers must not use E-Verify for pre-screening job applicants.Employers must take appropriate action on E-Verify results within legally required timeframes.

Employee Rights:
Employees have the right to contest any Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC) result.Employees must be given sufficient time to resolve issues related to their verification status.Employers cannot take adverse action against employees who choose to contest their verification status.

Compliance and Accuracy:
VerifIID acts as a third-party Employer Agent and submits cases on behalf of the employer.VerifIID is not responsible for system errors or incorrect determinations made by E-Verify.Employers are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with E-Verify rules.

Fees & Billing:
E-Verify services are billed at $25 per employee verification with no set fees.Bulk discounts may be available for high-volume verifications. Contact us for details.Fees are non-refundable once an E-Verify case has been submitted.

Data Handling & Privacy:
Personal data submitted for E-Verify is encrypted and only shared with authorized government agencies.VerifIID does not store Social Security Numbers beyond the verification period.Employers are responsible for retaining

E-Verify case results for their records.
Case Resolution:Employers must review results and take required actions within 10 business days.If a case receives a Final Nonconfirmation (FNC), employers may terminate employment per federal guidelines.Employees must be provided with proper documentation regarding their E-Verify case.

4. Background Checks & Biometric Verification
VerifIID partners with trusted third-party providers such as Simplici and other background screening vendors to offer comprehensive identity verification, background checks, and biometric screening services.

Scope of Background Checks:Criminal record search (state, federal, and international where applicable)Social Security Number (SSN) validationEmployment history verificationEducation and credential verificationSex offender registry screeningGlobal watchlist and sanctions screening

Biometric Verification:
Facial recognition matchingIdentity authentication using government-issued IDsLive biometric scan for fraud prevention

Use of Public & Private Data Sources:
Our verification services leverage publicly available records, proprietary databases, and third-party vendors.While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of external data sources.

Employer & Employee Consent:
Employers must obtain explicit consent before initiating background checks and biometric verification.Employees have the right to dispute incorrect information found in background check reports.

Fees & Billing:
Background checks and biometric verification services are billed separately based on package selection.Fees vary depending on the type of screening requested (e.g., state vs. nationwide checks).Payment must be made before services are rendered.

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to VerifIID’s services must first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting our support team.If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation.Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

6. Indemnification ClauseEmployers agree to indemnify and hold VerifIID harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of our services.VerifIID is not liable for employment decisions made based on verification results.Users agree to indemnify VerifIID against claims resulting from data inaccuracy in background checks and E-Verify reports.

7. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
VerifIID integrates with third-party services (e.g., Simplici, E-Verify, background check providers) but does not control their operations.We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data sources.Employers acknowledge that VerifIID is not responsible for errors or delays caused by external service providers.

8. User Account Management
Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their VerifIID login credentials.Unauthorized account access must be reported immediately.VerifIID reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of our Terms of Service.

9. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to use VerifIID for:Discriminatory hiring practices or unlawful employment decisions.Submitting false or fraudulent identity verification requests.Conducting unauthorized searches on individuals without proper consent.Violating local, state, or federal employment laws.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachuesetts.Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the governing state.
